BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and:directed to exempt 2354 Washtenaw LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress from 2354 North Waishtenaw Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
