SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

VIN312 Winery, 4710 N Ravenswood Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 4710 N Ravenswood.
