ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the M1-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District and CI-1, Neighborhood Related Commercial District and RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 20-J in the area bound by:

West Columbus Avenue; West 79" Street: South Kedzie Avenue; the west right-of-way line of the Wabash Railroad; and a line 57.31 feet northwest of and, parallel to South Turner Avenue (South Christiana Avenue),

to those of a T, Transportation District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
