ORDER

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, That the Commissioner of the Department of Public Health is hereby instructed to vacate all agreements and vendor contracts with Walgreens Company and its affiliates with the Department after preemptively refusing to supply medically-prescribed abortion-related medication, even in states where abortion is and remains legal.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO,

That the Chief Procurement Officer is hereby instructed to revoke the municipal vendor status of Walgreens Company and its affiliates due to their maintaining a company policy inconsistent with the values of the City of Chicago.
