BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the B1-1 & B1- 2 Neighborhood Shopping Districts, B2-1.5 & B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use Districts, C1-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District, RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-H in the area bound by:
a line 75 feet west of and parallel to the alley next west of and parallel to South Damen Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to South Archer Avenue; a line 130 feet north of and parallel to West 35th Street; South Damen Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West 35th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Wood Street; a line 73 feet north of and parallel to West 35th Street; South Wood Street;,the alley next north of and parallel to West 35th Street; a line 144 feet east of and parallel to South Marshfield Avenue; West 35th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Ashland Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West 35th Street; a line 72 feet east of and parallel to South Wood Street; West 35th Street; South Honore Street; the alley next south of and parallel to West 35th Street; South Wolcott Avenue; West 35th Street; South Winchester Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West 35th Street; a line 36 feet west of and parallel to South Winchester Avenue; West 35th Street; a line 96 feet east of and parallel to South Damen Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West 35th Street; South Damen Avenue; and West 35th Street,
