ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby

amended by changing all of the RT4 Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and

indications as shown on Map No. 2J in the area bounded by:

Common Address:                     3303 W. Flournoy (16-14-406-023)

West Flournoy Street; a line 23.31 feet west of the west line of South Spaulding Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West Flournoy Street; a line 48.31 feet west of the west line of South Spaulding Avenue,

to those of an RS3 Single-Unit Detached House District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its rtassage and due publication.
