SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

CRM Properties Group 1570 N.Freemont St Chicago,IL 60642

From the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect: and be in force from and after its passage and publication

Please be advised that on April 19,20231 will introduce an ordinance in the Chicago City Council to provide alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 1570 N.Freemont St. The ordinance,.as drafted and approved by the council, authorizes alley access for the entire building: ! am requesting for the appropriate license to be issued due to pending passage to the publication.
