ORDINANCE

1327-1329 W 31st St

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 31st Auto Repair of 1327-1329 W 31st St, Chicago, IL 60608, from the provisions requiring barrier as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress.
