ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-E in the area bound by:

East 103rd Street; South Calumet Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to East 103rd Street; and, South Forest Avenue

to those of a RS-2, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
