ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on March 15, 2023, establishing parking prohibition at all times, except for disabled, in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 61179 of the Journal of Proceedings]:

"South Francisco Avenue at No. 6521, Permit Number 135903,

Kemba Kanyama-Barnes

(DISABLED PARKING - OVERRIDE)."

and inserting in lieu thereof:

"South Francisco Avenue at No. 6521, Permit Number 115903,

Kemba Kanyama-Barnes

(DISABLED PARKING - OVERRIDE)."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon passage and publication.
