Please be advised that responsive to authority contained in the Bond Ordinance adopted by the City Council (the "Ciiy Council ) of the City of Chicago (the "City") on May 12, 2010 (the "Ordinance"), providing for the issuance of the $45,000,000 City of Chicago Recovery Zone Facility Revenue Bonds, Series 2010 (Asphalt Operating Services of Chicago Project) (the "Bonds") each of the following documents was entered into by me as Chief Financial Officer on behalf of the City: (i) a Loan Agreement dated as of December 1, 2010 (the "Loan Agreement) between the City and Asphalt Operating Services of Chicago, LLC (the "Borrower"), (ii) an Indenture of Trust dated as of December 1, 2010 (the "Indenture") between the City and Amalgamated Bank of Chicago (the "Trustee"), and (iii) a Bond Purchase Agreement dated December 10, 2010 (...
