BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Little Scholars Club of 5752-54 South Pulaski from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address: 5752-54 South Pulaski.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
