ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the CI-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and RT-4 Two Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 12-E in the area bounded by

South State Street; East 48^th Street, South Wabash Avenue and East 49^th Street (closed to vehicular traffic)

to those of an RT-4 Two Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

4800-58 South Wabash Avenue; and 2-34 East 49^th Street DuSable High School Athletic Field
