BE IT ORDAINED WTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ^ and RT-4 two Flat,

Townhouse, and, Mi^ti-Unit District symbols and indications ^s;;shpwn on Map l^o:3;-H;in the areabounded by

West Augusta Boulevard; North Ashland Avenue; West Walton-Street and North Paulina Street,

to those of an RT-4^: Two Flat, Townhouse :and Multi-Unit District and. a; corresponding; use district is hereby established in the area above described.
