ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT4 Residential Two- Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District and Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing/ Business Park District

symbols and indications as shown on Map No.  14-F   in the area bounded by

West 57  Street; South Lafayette Avenue; West 57 Place; South Perry Avenue; a line 52 feet south of and parallel to West 57^th Place; a line 98.7 feet west of and parallel to South Perry Avenue; West 57^lh Place; a line 93.2 feet west of and parallel to South Perry Avenue

to those of a    C2-1 Motor Vehicle- Related Commercial District

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
