The Department of Revenue has received a response from the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) regarding the denial of your application for disabled parking signs. The original findings have been overruled. As a result, signs for your restricted parking space will be installed. However, your application must be approved by the City Council. If the proposed ordinance is not passed within four months after its introduction, the permit shall be revoked and the restricted parking "signs removed.
