ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the 3200 block of North Hamlin Avenue, from West Belmont Avenue to West School Street (both sides) during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am, Sunday through Saturday.
