ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the erection of a "DO NOT ENTER" sign on West 95^th Street at the intersection of South Loomis Avenue, for Monday thru Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
