BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for RAFAEL PATINO on 09/08/2010, and printed upon page 99430 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RAFAEL PATINO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one (1) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3812 W. 26th St."
and inserting in their place the words
"SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RAFAEL PATINO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one (1) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3813 W. 26th St."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
