CITY COUNCIL January 13, 2011

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Amend ordinance passed on July 8^th, 1998 (Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council, page 72982) which reads:

"North Broadway (West Side) from a point 205 feet south of W. Wilson Avenue, to a point 40 feet south thereof:

by striking:

"205 feet south of W. Wilson Avenue to a point 40 feet..."

and inserting:

"218 feet south of W. Wilson Avenue to a point 62 feet..."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
