Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the ordinance passed by the City Council on July 28, 2010 and printed on pages 97370 through 97374 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago is hereby corrected by deleting the words:

"planning maintenance"

appearing in the 4^th printed line from the bottom of page 97373 and inserting in lieu thereof the words:

"planning and maintenance".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect after its passage.
