To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass An ordinance authorizing and directing the Commissioner of Transportation to give consideration to the repeal of Taxicab Stand Number 96 located on the northeast corner of 63rd Street and Cottage Grove Avenue due to relocation of a Chicago Transit Authority Bus Stop.    This ordinance was referred to the Committee on December 8, 2010.

This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
