SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the Ml-3 Limited Manufacturing and Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-1 in the area bounded by

The alley immediately south of and parallel to West Walnut Street; North Albany Avenue; the alley immediately north of West Lake Street; a line 103.44 feet west of and parallel to North Albany Avenue; a line 125 feet north of and parallel to West Lake Street; a line 100.44 feet west of the terminus of the alley immediately north of West Lake Street as measured along the West Lake Street right-of-way and parallel to North Albany Avenue; West Lake Street; a line 242.96 feet west of the terminus of the alley immediately north of West Lake Street as measured along the West Lake Street right of way and parallel to North Albany Avenue; and the alley immediately south of and parallel to West Walnut Street

to those of an RT-4 Two Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
