^ TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL:
Your Committee on Buildings having had under consideration 22 proposed sign orders (which were referred to the Committee on Buildings on September 8, 2010, October 6, 2010, November 3, 2010, November 10, 2010, and November 17, 2010) pursuant to Section 14-40-120 "Aldermanic Recommendation of the Municipal Code of Chicago, begs leave to recommend that your Honorable Body "Do Pass" the attached Ordinances (3-1^ Ward, l-2nd Ward, l-10th Ward, l-24th Ward, l-27th Ward, l-32nd Ward, l-35th Ward, l-38th Ward, 9-42nd Ward, l-43rd Ward, 1-48* Ward and l-50th Ward), transmitted herewith. This recommendation was concurred by the Committee Members of the Committee on Buildings with no dissenting votes.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
