TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL:
Your Committee on Buildings having had under consideration 3 proposed sign orders (which were referred to the Committee on Buildings on September 8, 2010) pursuant to Section 14-40-120 "Aldermanic Recommendation of the Municipal Code of Chicago", begs leave to recommend that your Honorable Body "Withdraw", at the request of The Grade Group Sign Co., the attached Ordinances (so6 n. Peoria, 730 w. Randolph, 723 n. ogden Ave) for the 27th Ward transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred by the Committee Members of the Committee on Buildings with no dissenting votes.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
