AMEND - PARKING PROHIBITIED DURING SPECIFIED HOURS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1.

Repeal Parking Prohibited During Specified Hours, 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M., for S. Linder Ave. (approximately 5250) from S. Archer Ave. to the first alley north thereof 10-01882674 (02010-5622) (23^rd Ward);

SECTION 2.

Amend ordinance passed 11-3-10, page 104716 which reads E. Oak St. (ns) from (local) N. Lake Shore Dr. to N. Rush St. and E. Oak St. (ss) from N. Michigan Ave. to N. Rush St. - No Parking Street Cleaning 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., Monday thru Friday (April 1^st to November 30^th) Tow Away Zone (public benefit) by striking No Parking Street Cleaning 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., Monday thru Friday (April 1^st to November 30^th) Tow Away Zone and inserting No Parking 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., Monday thru Friday Tow Away Zone (42^nd Ward);

SECTION 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
