BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.    I hereby move to correct the Journal of Proceedings of the Regular City Council meeting held on Wednesday,  December 8,  2010 as follows:    Committee on Traffic Control and Safety Not Recommended Report, the item from page 109690 the 14^th line from the top of the page as follows:

Repeal Loading Zone - 4:00 p.m.  to 3:00 a.m.,  Saturday and Sunday only related to W. Irving Park Rd.   (south side) from a point 98' west of N. Natchez Ave.  to a point 43' west thereof  (3 6^th Ward)   should read 3 8^th Ward;

SECTION 2.    This ordinance shall be in effect upon its

passage and publication.
