BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO;
SECTION 1. That the commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of
Street and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Water, the Commissioner of Sewers,
the Commissioner of Fire and the Director of Revenue are hereby directed to
issue all necessary special events permits and licenses, itinerant merchant
licenses, fire prevention fees, tent and canopy permits, street closures, raffle
licenses, food licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the
City of Chicago to the contrary,

To be held: June 23-26, 2011 Hours: Thurs. 6 pm - 11 pm

Sat. 4 pm - 12 pm
Sun. 2 pm - 12 pm
On the Premises Known as: 5157 S. McVicker Ave.
Said special event shall be held exclusively for not-for -profit and related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
