CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 9, 2011

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION l. That an ordinance previously passed by the City Council on November 1, 2005 and printed in the Journal of Proceedings on page # 59996, establishing a loading zone in a designated area, be and the same is hereby repealed by striking therefrom, the following:

2244-48 W. Devon Avenue, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. all days

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force herein after its passage and publication.
