Ordered, that the Director of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Director of the Department of Revenue are hereby authorized and directed to waive the Public Way use fees related to the installation and maintenance of a parkway fence located at 1250 N. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago, Illinois, 60610. 1250 N. Lake Shore Dr., is included in the Seven Houses on Lake Shore Drive Landmark District.

This order shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
