BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and direct to exempt:

Business: Classic Auto Repair, LLC Business No.: 773-866-1700 Contact Person: Mike Huegel Phone Number: 773-463-5557 from the Provisions of requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress to parking facilities for premise address: 3020 West Irving Park rd

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
