WATERSAVER FAUCET CO. REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
This WaterSaver Faucet Co. Redevelopment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made as of
this_day of_, 2011, by and between the City of Chicago, an Illinois municipal
corporation (the "City"), through its Department of Housing and Economic Development ("DHED"), and WaterSaver Faucet Co., an Illinois corporation (the "Developer").
RECITALS
A. Constitutional Authority: As a home rule unit of government under Section 6(a), Article VII of the 1970 Constitution of the State of Illinois (the "State"), the City has the power to regulate for the protection of the public health, safety, morals and welfare of its inhabitants, and pursuant thereto, h...
