PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue and the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Astoria Place, 6300 N. California, CHICAGO, IL 60659 and their agents, from the provisions requiring barriers as a pre-requisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress for 6300 N. California, CHICAGO, IL 60659.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
