PHYSICAL BARRIER & ALLEY ACCESS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION l. Pursuant to Section 33-19.1 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Khal Ohr Yisocher Chodrov, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to Prohibit alley ingress and/br egress for 6336 N. Lincoln Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
