CITY COUNCIL March 9, 2011

(COMMITTEE ON LICENSING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION) BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Streets & Sanitation, the Commissioner of Fire, the Commissioner of Water Management and the Director of Revenue, are hereby directed to issue all necessary special permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary:

For: Annual Festival

To Be Held: May 19^th   - May 22^nd, 2011

Said special event shall be used exclusively for not-for-profit related purposes and shall be otherwise used with a view to profit.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
