REPEAL THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed May 5, 2004 C.J.P. 22786 by striking and inserting the below.

Ward Location 44 Strike:

1555 W. School Street s/s fap 20' E. Of N.

Ashland tap 35' E. Thereof -

15 Minute Standing Zone, unattended

vehicles must have flashing lights TZ after

15 minutes Monday - Saturday 7am-7pm

Insert:

1555 W. School Street s/s fap 20' E. Of N. Ashland tap 25' E. Thereof -15 Minute Standing Zone, unattended vehicles must have flashing lights TZ after 15 minutes Monday - Saturday 7am-7pm

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
