BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Davis Lakefront LLC from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise addresses:
