ORDERED, That the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby Authorized and directed to issue the following licenses and permits, free of charge, To St. Juliana Parish for their annual Black Top Ball, scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 7400 W. Touhy;
Tent and Canopy Permit, Food Vendor Licenses, Special Event Permit, Itinerant Merchant License Fees, and all other permits and fees related to this event.
