BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as
shown on Map No. 2-1 in the area bounded by
West Jackson Boulevard; South Maplewood Avenue; West Van Buren Street; vacated South Rockwell Street,
toNthose of a Residential Planned Development Number_, which is hereby established in
the area described above and subject to such use and bulk regulations set forth in the Plan of
Development attached hereto and to no others.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
