BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council prohibiting the parking of vehicles, during specific hours on portions of designated streets, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Emerald Avenue at 8700 - two signs

NO PARKING - TOW ZONE."

And inserting in lieu thereof,

"South Emerald Avenue at 8700 - Monday thru Friday - 6:00 a.m. to

6:00 p.m.

NO PARKING EXCEPT FOR CHURCH PERSONNEL - NEW GRESHAM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH."

SECTION 2.        This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
