SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE No. 17231

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.5-I in the area bounded by

the alley next north of and parallel to West Armitage Avenue; a line 150 feet east of the intersection of North Point Street and West Armitage Avenue, as measured along the north right-of-way line of West Armitage Avenue and perpendicular thereto; West Armitage Avenue; and a line 100 feet east of the intersection of North Point Street and West Armitage Avenue, as measured along the north right-of-way line of West Armitage Avenue and perpendicular thereto,

to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
