Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the proposed ordinance transmitted herewith (referred on March 9, 2011) to SHAMBLES BAR - 02011-1685 - (SUBSTITUTE) to maintain and use a portion of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 2050 West Division Street:
Monday thru Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
