ZAPATA APTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP Acct. No. 359647 -1 Permit No. 1095061
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ZAPATA APTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use six (6) Bay Window(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1955 N. St Louis Ave
Said Bay Window(s) at N. ST. LOUIS measure(s):
One (1) at eight point six (8.6) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of seventeen point two (17.2) square feet.
Said Bay Window(s) at W. ARMITAGE measure(s):
One (1) at eight point seven five (8.75) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of twenty-six point two five (26.25) square feet.
Said Bay Window(s) at N. St Louis measure(s):
One (1) at eight point five (8.5) feet in length, and one point eight three (1.83) foot in width for a total of fifteen point five six (15.56) square feet.
Said Bay Window(s) at N. St Loius measure(s):
One (1) at eight point five (8.5) feet in length, and one point eight three (1.83) foot in width for a total of fifteen point five six (15.56) square feet.
Said Bay Window(s) at W. Armitage measure(s):

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
