ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That portion of Article 1, Section 1 of the Revenue Ordinance which amended section 3-24-020 of the Municipal Code regarding the definition of hotel accommodation, effective July 1, 2011, which ordinance was passed by the City Council on November 17, 2010 and published at pages 107294 through 107302 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council of that date, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
