Please be advised that I plan to introduce the attached ordinance at the City Council meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 for the establishment of the following sign:

•   Fifteen Minute Standing/Loading Zone 1702 East 87^th Street 6 a.m. - 7 p.m.

It would be appreciated if you would send a commissioner's authority letter to the Department of Revenue to expedite the installation of this sign pending the introduction and passage of the ordinance.
