ORDERED, that the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the installation of a sign indicating " Disabled Loading Zone 24/7" [at all times] S. Wolcott Avenue (west side) from a point 60ft. north of W. 47^th St. to a point 25ft. north thereof.( not a public benefit).
