BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.        That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"North Hermitage Avenue       4700 block, on both sides of the street - all

days and all times - Residential zone #1394."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"North Hermitage Avenue       4700 block - on both sides of the street -

9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Monday thru Friday - Residential zone #1394 ."

SECTION 2.        This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
