PARKING METERS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 200 of the Municipal

Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and

directed to establish a parking meters area, as follows:

WARD LOCATION

42 E. Walton St. (ss) between N. Michigan Ave. and N. Mies Van Der

Rohe Way - 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., Monday thru Sunday at a rate of $3.00 per hour (O2011 -328);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
