RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal

Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as

residential permit parking zones, for the following locations:

WARD LOCATION

2 19 to 50 E. 26^lh St. - Designation as a Buffer Zone for Residential

Zone #1211 (O2010-6888);

8 8900 Block of S. Harper (bs) and include the wrap around of E.

89^th St. east to the alley and west of S. Blackstone and E. 90^th east to the alley and west to the alley - Zone #1615, 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M., Monday thru Sunday (Or2010-1235);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its

passage and publication.
