AMEND - TRAFFIC LANE - TOW/AWAY ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Amend ordinance passed 10-1-03, page 8922 which reads N. State St. (ws) fap 30' north of W. Chicago Ave. tap 35' north thereof -15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights. Tow Zone after 15 Minutes (03-000986783) by striking 15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights. Tow Zone after 15 Minutes and inserting Tow Zone at All Times/All Days (PUBLIC BENEFIT) (42^nd Ward);

SECTION 2.

Repeal ordinance passed 6-10-98, page 71467 which reads N. Clark St. (es) fap 88' south of W. Addison St. tap 45' south thereof -15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights -11:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M./Tow Zone by striking the above 11-00036688 (02010-7012) (44^th Ward);

SECTION 3.

Amend ordinance passed 1-13-09, page 52826 which reads N. Ravenswood Ave. (west leg) (ws) fap 20' south of W. Byron St. tap 100' south thereof -15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights - 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday/Tow Zone by striking 1:00 P.M. and inserting 5:00 P.M., 10-01785168 (PO2010-6067) (47^th Ward);

SECTION 4.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
